How Can tingling In The Head Along With Rapid Heart Rate Be Treated?

I awoke in the night with tingling feeling head, tounge felt strange, Then I got really cold. Sweating from hands and feet, followed by shivering. Rapid heart rate, but eventually returned to normal at 60 beats /min. Thermometer indicated 96.9, 97.0 degrees

I recommend a visit to a doctor to ascertain the cause for your symptoms.
A few blood tests like Blood sugar, Proponin I and an ECG may be required.
There can be multiple causes of tingling in head and increased heart rate ranging from simple hyperacidity, increased blood pressure, to more trivial things like Temporal arteritis.
Treatment will depend on the underlying cause.
